Nova Care Solutions have partnered with external training provider to provide training to Individuals before they start working with us or joining our recruitment process.

We work with a UK based training company that provides 4-Day training to individuals to get knowledge based training to support them. The training is provided via virtual classroom on zoom or teams, if you are international and UK based, so you can do the training from the comfort of your own home. The training covers the 15 standards of care that are mandatory to get you started in care.

The training is also a great opportunity for people that want to come from overseas that might or might not have the necessary experience. This is not your ordinary online training that you do online, this training is provided by trainers that have 15 years of experience and will go through a classroom based presentation, where you will have the opportunity to get help from the trainer if you stuck with anything.
