Nova Care Solutions aims to work with the service provider, service user and service users’ family to maintain and create a personalised care plan that our Live-In carers can follow in order to recognise and fulfil the individual needs.

Our Nova caregivers will never stop learning and growing. We give all our Nova care staff the opportunity to expand and refresh their knowledge as well as becoming more skilled in their field or another. This allows our Nova caregivers to continue their personal and professional development. We as an organisation do a performance development review every 6 months, as our vision is to attain our standards of providing high quality care from personal care to complex care for your service users
